Job Description
Skillsoft is seeking a Deployment Consultant to help support customer migrations, general platform management and program support special projects.
The Deployment Consultant will be knowledgeable in all aspects of the deployment process for both pre and post build phases. The Deployment Consultant will collaborate with the Migrations Engagement Manager to analyze and implement platform site builds and configurations. They will manage scheduling, fulfillment and delivery of customized Skillsoft platforms. This position will also implement customer specific configurations as it relates to custom channels, learning program construction and compliance configurations.
The Deployment Consultant will act as a resource to other members of the Skillsoft teams. They can serve as SME on platform functionality, will manage special internal projects and be a part of the day-to-day operations of the team.

Support, consult and provide best practices to customers as it relates to implementation
Perform an in-depth analysis and review of current Skillsoft Platform features and functionality being used.
Define Percipio Implementation configuration, site branding, completion criteria, audience association, custom channel requirements, and reporting requirements.
Participate in ongoing development areas such as Skillsoft product knowledge; Implementation training; customer lifecycle management; Excel, Photoshop; and various internal processes, as well as professional development (including business acumen, consultative skills, time management, organization skills, project management, communication and presentation skills)
Job Requirements
Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
High-level familiarity with common web technologies (browsers, HTML, etc.)
High-level familiarity with mobile technology
Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills and advanced Excel skills
Good consulting skills, demonstrating effective listening and communication skills
Strong virtual facilitation skills for meetings and group activities
Effective project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple concurrent projects to successful completion within agreed timelines
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
