Position Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Position Overview
The Central Operations Sales Analyst will work closely with the Sales Operation team and Global Sales teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of existing and future sales applications, processes and ensure data management/hygiene throughout
Position Responsibilities
· Provide direct user support and Tier 1 Support on Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other critical tools and applications that enable the global sales team.
· Provide CRM systems support of Salesforce.com and other sales applications, including maintenance, user administration, hierarchy changes, roles and sharing rule changes etc.
· Admin edits of opportunities, forecast lines and other Salesforce.com objects when needed.
· Utilize critical KPI’s to ensure ongoing CRM data clean-up / hygiene and data auditing with a focus on data integrity and quality.
· Lead and assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data accuracy with a focus on Salesforce.com.
· Provide overall support and departmental coordination for Sales Operations team inquiries, requests, and projects on ad hoc basis.
· Ability to take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
· Provide direct user support on Salesforce.com, including telephone and email responses.

Desired Skills and Experience
· Highly proficient with data hygiene and data management.
· Extensive experience working within Salesfoce.com and other sales applications such as Apttus, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Navigator.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets within Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledgeable of the sales cycle and key sales milestones.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Needs to be able to work independently with initial direction, but not day to day oversight.
Education and Certifications
· BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
