- Ensure daily execution of food production meeting and exceeding 28 Liberty & USHG standards of quality
- Clock-in and report to the workstation on time and in uniform
- Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen by following assigned opening and closing duties
- Wash kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors, walls, and drains
- Unload deliveries of food and other equipment to the kitchen
- Organize dry storage and cleaning products
- Empty all garbage from all FOH and BOH areas
- Maintain cleanliness of all bathrooms
- Clean and Maintain all back of the house
- Foster positive inter-departmental communication
- Take ownership over assigned station
- Communicate with Chef or Stewarding Facilities Manager to assess any issues
- Adhere to all USHG procedures as it pertains to personal appearance, attendance and conduct
- Complete all assigned administrative requirements accurately and on time
- Remain current and compliant with the correct HR practices and policies
- Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance as it pertains to the operation
- Assist in ensuring that 28 Liberty achieves an “A” rating or equivalent from DHMH by being compliant with health code
