Job Description

We are seeking Full Time Kitchen Supervisors to join our team at Tacocina, a taco stand open year-round in Williamsburg’s Domino Park.

Located on the waterfront next to the historic Domino Sugar Refinery, Tacocina offers easy counter-service and seasonal outdoor seating overlooking the East River.

 

Qualifications Preferred for Supervisors:

  • 2+ years previous experience in a fast-casual operation, restaurant or customer service role
  • Previous supervisory experience in leading, training, and mentoring hospitality and culinary teams
  • Beverage, culinary and food safety knowledge AND a curiosity to learn more
  • Passion and curiosity for food and the hospitality business
  • Desire to create memorable experiences for guests
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
