BARTENDERS FOR SARATOGA

 

 

We are seeking talented & enthusiastic bartenders who have a great work ethic and interest in joining us in Saratoga Springs, NY this summer!

As a Bartender at Saratoga it is your job to make the guest feel welcome by exuding warmth and genuine hospitality.  Our Bartenders must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere. This position actively embodies, inspires, & elevates USHG’s Family Values of Hospitality, Excellence, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Integrity.

 

 

 
Skills/Requirements
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Upholds drink execution standards specified by the Beverage Director
  • Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Read guests signs and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Check guests identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Report tips at the end of each shits accurately and completed documentation according to company policy
