Position Overview:
The VP & GM, IT Content Solutions (GM IT) reports to SVP, Global Content Sales and is responsible for building & leading Skillsoft’s IT Content Solutions sales team and serving as the GTM leader for Skillsoft’s $50m+ IT Content Solutions business.
The GM IT will build & manage a specialist sales team that is responsible for growing Skillsoft’s IT Content Solutions business.
The GM IT will establish a framework, in partnership and collaboration with key business stakeholders, for the development and growth of the IT content solution business. In particular, the GM IT will be responsible for effective sales partnering strategies, sales plays and incentives to work effectively with the existing core content field and inside sales teams to drive growth. This role will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending new revenue channels.
In addition, the GM IT will act as Skillsoft’s ambassador to external constituencies including customers, government, academia, thought leaders, and industry associations, and play a critical role from an AR/PR perspective with respect to IT content solutions
