Job Description
The Skillsoft Group is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team in Nashua. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation. The individual in this role will plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns based on business objectives. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with other members of the Marketing team including Events, Content Marketing, Analyst Relations, Social Media, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Marketing Operations and Agency partners, as well as the Sales, Services and Product Marketing teams to execute campaigns and build the sales pipeline required to achieve the company’s aggressive revenue goals. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategy and daily tactical execution, with room to grow and expand your marketing skillset.

Position Responsibilities
• Develop and manage creative inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that contribute to sales pipeline. Tactics may include content syndication, email marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, print advertising, internal and external newsletters, and additional tasks as assigned.
• Execute on a regular marketing schedule and ensure deliverables drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
• Demonstrate, through data and analytics, the success of various marketing channels ability to convert leads into customers.
• Work with the content and creative teams to develop campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, banners, etc.
• Constantly improve lead management, email marketing and nurturing programs.
• Create strong alignment between sales and marketing processes, maintaining and tracking projects in our systems of record.
• Implement conversion optimization strategies such as AB tests of offers, landing pages, etc.
• Operate with a global mind-set, recognizing the need to customize locally may be required; interact with global counterparts to share ideas and leverage programs.
• Build strong partnering relationships, collaborate and manage outside agencies and vendors as needed to execute programs.
• Work with Business Development teams to communicate marketing campaigns and required actions, as well as to validate the quality of the leads produced through various marketing campaigns.
• Manage assigned budgets and projects, as required.

Required Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of experience creating marketing programs with emphasis on demand generation and content
• Strong writing, communication and project management skills
• Highly analytical, strong written and verbal communication, resourceful, and one who takes the initiative and is confident in one's work and abilities
• Well organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and calmly handle large workload, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience using Salesforce.com reporting and understanding of marketing automation systems
• Experience in technology or software marketing a plus, but not required

Education and Certifications
• 4-year college degree in marketing or communications
