Position Overview
SumTotal, A Skillsoft Company, is currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in the Hyderabad, India office. The Sales Ops Analyst must have extensive experience creating, running and analyzing reports and data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently. Candidate must have prior experience with creating and running salesforce adhoc reports, hands on salesforce experience, and prior experience in an analytical role.
Position Responsibilities
· Create and run adhoc reports from Sales Force (SFDC) on demand
· Ability to Analyze data, interpret data
· Complete analysis between data sets and identify discrepancies, flag them and make updates in appropriate systems
· Consolidate large excel spreadsheets
· Support the QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process for SumTotal sales. Including developing and consolidating excel templates to be used by the team.
· Support data consolidation efforts across the sales team and various groups (Customer Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers etc)
· Transition manual reporting efforts to streamlined efficient approach through excel
· Able to work independently to complete tasks on schedule and meet deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
· 1-3 years experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
· Experience in database/SQL, ability to create adhoc databases to support data needs
· Deep knowledge and experience with reporting
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Experience with SFDC
