Job Description

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Managing data (tracking & reporting) for all Skillsoft, SumTotal, and Vodeclic Enablement Programs and Resources
• Scheduling and facilitating Enablement WebEx sessions for EMEA, NA, APAC
• Coordinating hotel logistics (meeting space, sleeping rooms, meals, etc.) for workshops and meetings
• Maintain Skillport admin on a weekly basis
• Gather input and create the 4 Weekly Communications; distribute on Thursday afternoons
• Create and organize content for Sr. Leader communications
• Other tasks on projects as needed/assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong, self-driven individual with a keen desire to deliver projects in a timely manner
• A high level of proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; and Salesforce.com
• Administrative experience with LMS-type software
• Must be self-motivated and open to learning and sharing new ideas
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work within a team of experienced professionals
• Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday to include supporting EMEA, NA, and APAC

Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with MicroSoft Office and other technologies
