General Summary
The PMO at SumTotal is a team that manages key aspects of Process Governance & Operations for the Global Professional Services business unit. Activities under the purview of this team include aspects like Reporting, Analytics, Ownership & Maintenance of CRM systems, and providing business process support for the business unit. The team also provides support to the Leadership team, to run key Projects & Initiatives. The team’s key focus areas are:

Scope and Execute projects/programs aimed at garnering Process Efficiency and overall profitability

Process reviews and auditing

On-going Business Process Improvement

Data Analytics & Reporting

Providing strategic & tactical support to the BUs

Ownership & Maintenance of CRM systems & ensuring data accuracy
Responsibilities
The Technical Consultant – PMO should be able to:
- Own and administer systems like MS Project Server, PowerBI, MS Sharepoint, among others
- Create process workflows, db design, data warehouses to enable reporting & analytics
- Configure CRM systems for business use, including customizations & code changes to optimize systems
- Deliver cross functional process improvements on time and on budget
- Establish high levels of transparency, accuracy and diligence in all aspects of project delivery.
- Own, follow-up and resolve issues with limited day-to-day supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for experienced technical experts who have shown considerable success in administering CRM systems. Experience in working with Big Data & Analytics, Microsoft Technologies is key. The skill sets that we are looking for include:

Experience in Development on MS Project Server (On-Premise/Online), MS Project Professional 2007/2010/2013/2016, MS SharePoint (On-Premise/Online), MS SharePoint designer, InfoPath, ASP.Net and ADO.NET

Working knowledge of and Expertise in C#, .NET, VBA, CSOM, JSOM, PSI, OData & REST

Strong SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Power BI and Excel skills

Database skills on MS SQL Server & BI Tools

Hands on expertise with JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS and CSS

Must have worked on SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Education, Training and Minimum Qualifications
- Qualification: Engineering Graduates or Post Graduates
- Experience: 3-5 years, preferably with extensive experience building/configuring CRM & Analytics systems, grounds-up.
- Additional Skills Required: Exposure to CRM systems like Salesforce.com, NetSuite OpenAir, MS Project Server, Peoplesoft etc. with emphasis on system integration, data warehousing & Analytics.
