We have recently released our next generation SaaS platform solution – Percipio. This is the realization of our vision that brings together technology and product to build the most beautiful product possible. You will be responsible for the development of strategic initiatives and programs to support the integration of Percipio with partner platforms and content. The Partner Product Manager will coordinate the development of integration solutions for the industry’s top HRIS, LMS and Talent platforms. In addition, it will work with a cross-functional Skillsoft team to develop a content aggregation strategy, content marketplace and supporting partner relationships.
As a key member of the Skillsoft Product Management organization, you will ensure the development and management of partner relationships and product requirements to fulfill the vision of a world-class, integrated learning experience. You will become our thought-leader in all things related to partner integrations and will help to inform the overall integration strategy and roadmap. Build excitement for new partnerships by presenting the current platform capabilities and sharing a compelling vision for the future. Champion the platform to external partners, customers, at conferences and with industry analysts. You will have the opportunity to work with brilliant people around the globe including working closely with partners, clients, Product Management, Content Development, and User Experience Design departments.
Identify, engage and foster relationships with platform providers for the purpose of developing turn-key platform integration solutions for shared clients
Work with the Skillsoft content team to identify, engage and foster relationships with content provides for the purpose of developing turn-key content aggregation solutions including the development of a content marketplace
Ensure ongoing communications of platform capabilities and roadmap with existing platform and contents partners
Own and manage the product vision and collaborate with management and the product management team to build a comprehensive product strategy
Conduct market research and analysis of competitive landscape
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a go-to-market plan
Support product release activities including release planning, product training, demonstrations, and customer presentations
Provide on-going product support to direct sales and channel sales organizations helping them to understand product positioning and key benefits

8+ years of experience in Software Product Management and/or Vendor Management
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as top-notch negotiations skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
Strong organization skills
Technical experience and a strong understanding of modern system integration and software development practices is desired
Experience working with external and internal teams to negotiate vendor relationships
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other Agile software development tools is desired
Ability to travel to industry and partner events
