Job Description

 

Union Square Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team at Marta!

 

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily execution, in tandem with the Back of House team, of cleaning, organization and maintenance responsibilities for all Back of House Operated spaces and Marta operated Dining rooms. This manager will ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies and procedures as they relate to DOL and DOH compliance and standards to ensure the smooth operations and safety of all spaces. They will be responsible for maintaining and upholding USHG's standards of excellence throughout our operations, both at Marta, Caffe Marchio, Vini e Fritti and our Banquets spaces on in the Redbury Hotel. 

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous Management and facilities operations experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and delegation skills
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred, but not required
