Job Description

Talent Management team is responsible for Onboarding new hires on SumTotal Products, roll out and assign Process, Mandatory and system& tools training. Working with hiring managers in onboarding new hires based on their roles. Also, send out welcome email, set up the employee account, conduct live sessions to orient on the training process, schedule and run Induction sessions in Hyderabad office, upload courses, assign and report training progress to managers using TotalDev LM application. This position works closely with all Talent Management team members in Hyderabad and in US and also with HR team and hiring managers in all SumTotal offices.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage New Hire Employee Onboarding tasks – Welcome email, training assignment, scheduling and coordinating induction programs.

     

  • Schedule and conduct live sessions for employees hired globally.

     

  • Upload, set up and assign training courses to new hires.

     

  • Track and report training progress and completions to stakeholders.

     

  • Collate Training Evaluation Feedback.

     

  • Update onboarding role based training plan, replace and maintain the training curricula’s.

     

  • Administer TotalDev LMS portal, manager users, activities and reports.

     

  • Collaborate with Talent Management team globally on training management tasks.

     

  • Interact with Talent Management Team, HR, Department Leads and Managers.

     

  • Flexible to work in EMEA work shift timings (1.30 pm – 9.30 pm IST hours) for few days a week.

     

     

     

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications and Skills

     

    Candidates with the following attributes will be afforded additional consideration.

     

  • Graduate with one to two years of experience as Training Associate / Training coordinator in a mid-sized organization.

     

  • Engineering / Science Graduate/ MBA-HR with Training management experience preferred.

     

  • Flawless English writing skills.

     

  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and listening skills.

     

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

     

  • Knowledge of HTML tags preferred.

     

  • Familiarity working with American companies or working with the Western culture.
