Union Square Events is seeking a

 General Manager

to lead the team at Nationals Stadium!

 

The General Manager leads all venue operations for licensed and proprietary Union Square Events and Union Square Hospitality Group brands for our outlet at Nationals Stadium in Washington, DC.  This position serves as company ambassador and representative for all external Food and Venue operators. This position works with the Director of Sports to liaise between sports venue operations and USHG businesses (specifically Shake Shack and Blue Smoke).  All Supervisors at the venue report directly to this position, and maintaining consistent and clear communication between them is critical.  The General Manager is tasked with the responsibility of building a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, while ensuring that each venue remains profitable and delivers on excellent product and service.
