Founded by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York’s most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, The Modern, Marta and Porchlight to name a few!


The BOH Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of our culinary team responsible for packaging a multitude of foods. Responsibilities include but are not limited to labeling and dating all packaged foods, ensuring the FIFO process is followed, assisting Sous Chefs with inventory management, maintaining Department of Health compliance, and prioritizing the needs of multiple kitchen departments.
