Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at Marta!


Executive Chef Joe Tarasco is looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef. Our restaurant is inspired by the tradition of rustic Italian wood-fire cooking. The kitchen is equipped with two wood-burning pizza ovens and a 9-foot long, custom-built open ember grill by Grill Works. The team at Marta is committed to technical excellence and this experience promises to accelerate the careers of dedicated and professional line cooks.

  • Minimum of 2 years of cooking in a professional environment
