Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking Line Cooks to join the team at Marta!


Executive Chef Joe Tarasco is looking for talented and motivated Line Cooks. Our restaurant is inspired by the tradition of rustic Italian wood-fire cooking. The kitchen is equipped with two wood-burning pizza ovens and a 9-foot long, custom-built open ember grill by Grill Works. The team at Marta is committed to technical excellence and this experience promises to accelerate the careers of dedicated and professional line cooks.





Skills/Requirements
  • Experience cooking in a professional environment (frying, grilling, wood fire cooking)
  • Advanced knife handling skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, reliable and hard working
  • Understanding of all aspects of the kitchen
