As a member of Union Square Events, you will lead the culinary team at Citi Field, home of the New York Mets for our Papa Rosso concept. Papa Rosso’s signature pizzas feature freshly-made dough that delivers a blistery crust topped with straightforward, high-quality ingredients sourced regionally.

This is a seasonal, salaried, high-volume food production position and our ideal candidate is not only enthusiastic, but also responsible, flexible and motivated towards excellence.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experienced pizza maker
• Have 3+ year previous production experience
• Knowledgeable of food safety and sanitation standards
• BOH purchasing, inventory, & scheduling experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to lead a team to best-in-class performance, while building consensus and affecting positive change
• Culinary management experience a plus
• Fresh dough production experience a plus
