Job Description

 

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking Porters to join the team at Martina!

 

As a Porter, you will be responsible for the maintenance of Martina and the cleanliness of the restaurant according to DOH compliant standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely execution of daily facility maintenance to maintain DOH compliant standards
  • Organize and maintain the dishwashing station according to DOH compliant standards
  • Organize and maintain the garbage, compost, and recycling
  • Maintain the cleanliness of each station
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and bathrooms
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the drains Hose down the sidewalk
  • Sweep and mop the floors
