Responsible for the uninterrupted performance of all equipment throughout the plant.
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive/predictive maintenance on the plants gas fired, electrical, and hydraulic equipment. Assist with repairs to mechanical equipment.
Observe plant operation and issue maintenance orders for items that have become unreliable or need improvement completing paperwork in a neat timely manner.
Assist other trades, such as plumbers and millwrights to perform assigned tasks.
When directed by a U.S. Pipe supervisor performs any task needed to insure pipe production.
Skills/Requirements
High School diploma/GED and three years previous experience working in a industrial manufacturing environment.
