You will have the opportunity to work with brilliant people around the globe including working closely with Development squads, User Experience Design, Marketing Communications, Sales, Content, Customer Support and Consulting Technical Services departments.
The Product Manager is responsible for driving and managing product releases based on the needs of customers and the business. This includes providing guidance on product dependencies, prioritizing needs, and making tradeoff decisions that impact releases. The Product Manager is responsible for defining the scope of present and future products.
Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with management and other product owners to build a comprehensive product strategy
Actively manage and maintain the product roadmap and backlog of user stories
Research, document and drive changes to products including new features, minor enhancements, and defects
Participate in an Agile process with Engineering and QA to manage and groom the backlog of work, refine requirements, estimate work effort and plan day-to-day product development activities
Participate in acceptance testing for every release
Collaborate with User Experience Designers to help build a UX strategy, develop feature-level designs, and usability testing
Assist in conducting market research and analysis of competitive landscape
Contribute to and review product release notes, user manuals and training material
Work with cross-functional teams to help develop and implement a go-to-market plan
Support product release activities including release planning, product training, demonstrations, and customer presentations
Provide on-going product support to direct sales and channel sales organizations helping them to understand product positioning and key benefits

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Product Management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
Strong organization skills
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Domain expertise including Web-based Learning and/or Training Business is desired
Experience with JIRA, Confluence or other Agile software development tools is desired
Experience working with virtual teams is desired
Education and Certifications:
BA/BS or related degree or equivalent experience
