Job Description:
This position will co-manage a sales team of Inside Sales Lead Generators with the Sales Manager of Lead Generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of Lead Generators in the area of lead generation; in doing so generating revenue opportunities for field sales and inside sales organizations
Assist in the recruiting, staffing and training to grow and maintain sales teams
Inspire, lead and coach a dynamic fast paced sales team
Formulate and execute on quarterly sales plans
Coach and provide feedback to lead generators in the areas of sales/personal development, direction and focus by conducting individual monthly one-on-one meetings
Conduct quarterly progress review sessions with each representative
Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
Ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of these
Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives
Develop small to medium sized business opportunities
Job Requirements:
3-5 years successful sales experience
1-3 years successful sales management experience
Experience in selling in the technology field (preferred but not required)
Success in building, growing and managing highly prolific sales team
General familiarity of Internet and common web technologies (web browsers, HTML, JavaScript, Flash)
Familiarity with technology based training software is an asset
Familiarity with MS Office and database applications are an asset
