• Leading the growth in team, quality, reputation, and financial performance for learning content projects.

• Lead and drive process and production excellence for learning solution projects

• Lead a team of Quality Analysts and Content reviewers to meet business goals. Coach and guide team on process and production excellence.

• Ownership and Accountability for the Content Quality produced at Hyderabad.

• Lead quality improvement projects across product types

• Create a climate of collaboration and teamwork among leaders and co-workers.

• Experience in working with and managing teams including remote teams

 

Responsibilities/Duties

 

• Design, develop, document, audit and report process metrics which are Lean and Assure Value to the organization/projects and stakeholders compliance requirements

• Lead the implementation of organization quality system through systematic deployment of Quality Policy and procedure, which include training, facilitation and awareness drives.

• Assist in preparation of guidelines, manuals & process documentation specific to Content Production

• Responsible to design, develop, analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements for various products and scheduling workflows.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports and metrics. Drive corrective and preventive actions to implementation and track status and progress.

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

• Define new process improvement opportunities

• Develop controls and data analysis tools and reports that help ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.

• Prepare reports for various product types that indicate error types in IT PSV CCA created in development.

• Identify recurring issues in the content produced by the project teams and take corrective and preventive measures.

• Undertake the interviewing procedure to the recruitment of Quality Analyst and Content QA reviewers
