Job Description

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking Bartenders to join the opening team at our brand new concept, Vini e Fritti!

Vini e Fritti, located in the Redbury Hotel, is a Roman-style aperitivi bar, celebrating the marriage of bubbles and salty, crispy antipasti. To drink, the bar offers a sprawling list of value-driven Champagnes rounded out by a focused selection of Italian reds and whites, craft beers, refreshing spritzes, and other traditional cocktails. Executive Chef Joe Tarasco’s concise menu includes casual and unfussy small plates like fritto misto, housemade straciatella, and marinated vegetables. Vini e Fritti evokes the easy accessibility and rustic comfort of a Roman wine bar, where locals go to grab a quick drink and shared bite before heading home—or to extend the evening with a spread that turns into dinner.

Bartenders are responsible for greeting guests, strong Italian Wine, Beer and Champagne knowledge (as well as basic cocktail knowledge), maintaining a strong understanding of the menu and its relation to Roman cuisine, and guest experience management skills. Vini e Fritti is an extension of Marta, and will offer it's selection of wine, beer and snacks from 5PM to Midnight.
