Job Description:
This position will manage a sales team of Inside Account Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
Coaching, mentoring, motivating Inside Sales Account Managers
Managing the generation of revenue opportunities by cross selling and up selling to an existing customer base Ensuring organizational expectations for customer experience and retention are met and exceeded
Assist in the recruiting, staffing and training required to grow and maintain progressive sales teams
Inspire, lead and coach in a dynamic, fast paced, sales organization
Formulate and execute on quarterly sales plans
Coach and provide feedback to in the areas of sales/personal development, direction, and focus
Conduct regular progress review sessions with team members
Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals/standards
Ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of these-including renewal process improvement, customer satisfaction surveys.
Assist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives
Foster and maintain relationships with Fortune 500-5000 as well as SMB and Mid Market Accounts
Work flexible hours as required
Job Requirements:
3-5 years successful sales experience
3 years plus successful sales management experience
Experience in sales management in the area of managing existing accounts and long term relationships
Experience in selling in the technology field (preferred but not required)
Success in building, growing and managing a highly prolific sales team
Familiarity with technology based training software
Familiarity with MS Office and database applications
