Job Description

 

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Compliance Administrator - Permits and Licensing to join the team!

 

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for all tasks related to the processing and maintenance of all city, state and federal permits and licenses and all facility related contracts. Specific tasks include the preparation and filing of permit applications and renewals, status tracking, as well as the systematic record keeping of company wide permits and contracts. In addition, the Compliance Administrator will assist in ensuring all compliance standards are maintained throughout all business units. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in property and business related licensure and compliance with all Federal, State, and City agencies
  • Work closely with businesses to maintain facilities and compliance records and standards




Skills/Requirements
  • Food Safety Knowledge
  • Understanding of Health Code, Building Code, Fire Code, HACCP and food safety
  • Broad knowledge of City licensing agencies
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic Mechanical Skills (knowledge of construction equipment function and use)
  • Familiarity of trade specific terminology

Education/Certifications

  • NYC Food Protection Certificate
