Job Description

 

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Production Sous Chef to join the team at Marta!

We are seeking a Production Sous Chef with strong leadership and technical abilities that is highly organized, accustomed to the volume of a commissary kitchen, exhibits effective communication skills and is systems oriented. Our restaurant is inspired by the tradition of rustic Roman style cuisine. 

 
Responsibilities Include:

  •  Coordinating all ordering, receiving and management of invoices and inventory
  •  Managing a Prep Team and coordinating the completion of all prep lists
  • Maintaining food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness
  •  Management of the Commissary kitchen, with responsibilities across Marta and Redbury spaces
