Job Description

Union Square Events is seeking a 

Banquet Line Cook

to join the team at the Conrad NY.


The Banquet Line Cook will support the Banquet Sous Chef by being on the floor to assist in the duties and production. Banquet Line Cooks will deliver a consistent product to exceed both the guests' and clients' expectations. Under the supervision of Senior Culinary leadership, Banquet Line Cooks will support all functions by successfully executing food production, organizing and distributing meals to the Front-of-House Banquet team. The role of Banquet Line Cook requires organization, consistency, and follow through with a willingness to learn and work in a team setting. 





Skills/Requirements
  • Knife skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
