Carefully move furniture to specifications of floorplan
Take cover off bar and put cover on the bar
Store unused furniture in its proper place
Set-up buffet tables and extra bars
Bring linen upstairs for tablecloths and napkins
Attend pre-shift meeting
Discard dirty linen in the proper receptacle
Tent
Organize and maintain china and glassware storage and organization
Organize and maintain furniture storage and organization
Clean up any trash
Break-down boxes
Maintain all surfaces, keep everything clean
Cleaning
Clean and maintain all furniture, drapes, and surfaces in dining and interior rooms
Clean and maintain bathrooms, empty bathroom trash, keep soap and towels stocked
Food and Beverage
Bus and clear dirty china, silver and glassware from holding areas at bars
Bring clean glasses to the bar & service stations
Assist the porter in the dish area
Assist in bar set-up
Keep bars stocked with ice
Keep bars stocked with product
Unload the requisition, organizing bottles in the cages
Run dirty glasses to the dish pit
Report guest complaints to a manager.
Other Tasks
Check in and out at the beginning and end of your shift
Build and maintain fire as requested
Perform any other duties as requested by manager
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time.
Must also possess the ability to taste and respond to visual and aural cues; must be able to verbally communicate with employees and guest at all times.
Lifting requirements include being able to lift between 10 and 50 lbs more than 50% of the time
