Position Overview

The primary function of the Content QA reviewer is to be responsible for the quality assurance of all Skillsoft product types and their timely release to the Market base.

The QA Reviewer reports directly to the Content QA Team Lead.

 Position Responsibilities

• To review and QA content as per standards, guidelines and devices

• To ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly targets are met and to highlight any risks to Team Lead

• To ensure all standards are met with regards to the version control mechanisms in place

• To process content for Release as per the standard tools and official release procedures

• To be capable of carrying out replications and content releases to Hosting

• To be capable of updating specific systems and databases

• To partake in any special projects assigned by the Content QA Team Lead

Desired Skills and Experience

• Excellent English writing, administration and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Experience of working in mass content production, elearning, dead-line oriented environment would be an advantage

• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team structure

• Hands on experience of quality assurance or content review in the role of an individual contributor would be an advantage.

• Wide experience of IT Platforms, Desktop Applications and Mobile Devices would be an advantage.

Education and Certifications

• Degree preferred and/or combination of education and experience
