Union Square Events is seeking a

Supervisor

to join the team!

 

The Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of our culinary team responsible for packaging a multitude of foods. Responsibilities include but are not limited to labeling and dating all packaged foods, ensuring the FIFO process is followed, assisting Sous Chefs with inventory management, maintaining Department of Health compliance, and prioritizing the needs of multiple kitchen departments.
Skills/Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
  • General computer skills
  • General culinary and back of house experience

Certifications

  • Food Handler’s Certificate – NYC DOHM
