Position Overview
Skillsoft is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Contracts Negotiation department. The Administrative Assistant will have complete involvement in all contract administration activities.
Position Responsibilities
Timely scanning and filing (electronic and hard copies) of all contract packages, archiving of older contractual documentation, preparing and sending cover letters and original contracts to customers, and responding to internal and external requests for contractual documentation.
The Administrative Assistant will carry out any and all administrative duties for the contract department, as assigned.

Education and Certifications
