Job Description

This position is responsible for providing personalized service to all guests dining, sitting at the bar and visiting the restaurant. This position is fast paced and requires a hospitality personality that is passionate about creating unforgettable memories for our guests.  Adheres to established policies and procedures as outline in training manual, operating practices and company’s cultural beliefs. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Arrives to work in Full dress guidelines, looking professional.
  • Greets all guests sincerely with a warm smile, and provide superior guest service.
  • Full menu knowledge on recipe and preparation.
  • Verbally describes food and beverages and suggests food pairing.
  • Checks ID’s of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Process all transactions accurately using POS terminal and provide all guests with receipt.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times, including service stations.
  • Follows laws and regulations from the state and other agencies regarding food safety and alcohol.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
     




Skills/Requirements

Education/Training:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must possess superior guest service and communication skills.
  • Must be friendly and passionate about the guest experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a full-service restaurant preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move throughout restaurant (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
  • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
