This position is responsible for working in coordination with our kitchen and wait staff to ensure a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, glassware as well as cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Arrives to work in full dress guidelines, looking professional.
Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwasher or by hand.
Operates dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
Removes all garbage
Sweeps and scrubs the floor.
Follow safety and sanitation policy at all times.
Skills/Requirements
Education/Training:
High School or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
Must be able to work independently.
Excellent people skills.

Physical Demands:
Ability to move throughout restaurant (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 40 pounds.
Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
