The Video Content Producer works closely with the VP of Business Skills and Leadership and the Sr. Manager of Leadership Content to plan and execute video content development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong network of business subject matter experts – both academics and practitioners, excellent negotiation skills, and keen insight into business trends to surface a compelling author roster for video content production. A background in editorial work related to business-related content, combined with a deep understanding and passion for corporate leadership development is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the overall success of each video filming endeavor through author recruitment, author management, planning, implementing, and executing phases. This includes identifying and recruiting potential subject matter experts, negotiating with them, conducting interviews, making editorial decisions, and orchestrating development process of quality video content aligned with our product portfolio’s goals and objectives.
Specific Activities include:

Lead content development research and outreach to prospective subject matter experts and content contributors

Conduct preliminary research in preparation for interviews

Interview contributors (C-suite executives, authors, academics, business thought leaders)

Create edit decision lists and other tasks associated with editorial decisions regarding video content

Willingness to travel 50%
