Position Overview

Skillsoft, the global leader in eLearning is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Team based in Nashua, NH. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for setup, quality assurance execution, and maintenance of online demand generation programs using Marketo.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, test, execute, and track demand generation campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Develop and execute multi-touch campaigns, test strategies, nurture flows, and engagement programs
  • Manage audience segmentation to include number of touches and engagement
  • Assist with list management, segmentation, cleansing, de-duplication, data integrity practices
  • Look for opportunities to optimize programs and performance management by assisting the marketing team in implementing test strategies
  • Educate and enforce marketing automation and email deliverability best practices 

Knowledge and Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, online marketing, or similar role 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes - Marketo and Salesforce.com are preferred.  (Bonus points for being Marketo Certified) 
  • Experience running drip campaigns and controlling lead nurture streams in Marketo 
  • Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, list appending, data validation and segmentation 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Experience with Excel a must 
  • HTML experience helpful

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Certified Marketo Specialist desired
