Maialino is accepting applications for a career-minded
Bartender
for full-time employment. 

Maialino is looking to hire a positive and enthusiastic bartender. Casual Fine Dining experience along with high volume preferred. Individual should possess strong multitasking skills. Passion for hospitality is a must!

Bartenders provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience at the bar for all guests. They are the guests’ tour guides at the bar and must be welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Bartenders must be technically proficient and expert at understanding the food & beverage menus of the business. While driving sales, Bartenders are charged with thoroughly understanding their guests, anticipating their needs. Bartenders must exemplify Enlightened Hospitality in all interactions with our staff, guests, vendors and the community. Other qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:


• 1+ years of previous bartending experience in fine-dining or casual restaurant setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer and mixology – must be able to make standard cocktails.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all menu items,
• Understanding of Micros or relevant POS systems
• Excellent Communicator – ability to understand, speak & follow written and verbal instruction in English
• Attention to detail & well organized
• Team-oriented
• Initiative & follow through
• Prioritization & multi-tasking
