• Prefer 2+ years experience leading or project managing course development teams or support groups
• Ability to set and meet deadlines

• Ability to express product enhancements and improvements as marketing requirement documents and/or functional specifications
• Working knowledge of instructional design and learning theories an advantage
• Experience designing and creating technical reference materials an advantage
