• Prefer 2+ years experience leading or project managing course development teams or support groups</div>

• Ability to set and meet deadlines, and to work in a fast-faced environment</div>

• Working knowledge of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash (knowledge of Actionscript an advantage)</div>

• Knowledge of video and audio in Flash</div>
<div>
• Experience working on virtual teams and/or with remote international development partners highly desirable</div>

• Use of SharePoint an advantage</div>
<div>
• Excellent attention to detail</div>
<div>
• Good written English</div>

• Knowledge of current web standards, HTML, XML, JavaScript, 508 and accessibility standards an advantage</div>
