We are seeking a
Sous Chef
to join our team!

 

Chef/Partner Nick Anderer and Executive Chef Joe Tarasco are looking for talented and motivated sous chefs. Our restaurant is inspired by the tradition of rustic Italian wood-fire cooking. The kitchen is equipped with two wood-burning pizza ovens and a 9-foot long, custom-built open ember grill by Grill Works. The team at Marta is committed to technical excellence and this experience promises to accelerate the careers of dedicated and professional line cooks.
 
 
- Preferred Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience cooking in a professional environment
