We have an immediate need for a Field Supervisor in the Atlanta, GA office.  This leader is responsible for oversight of the local Container Services office and for meeting all the contractual requirements of our customers.  The duties include: 

• Sets work schedules for drivers and approves time sheets
• Supervises the completion of service orders
• Trains drivers on job responsibilities and safety
• Works closely with management to provide employee performance review and discipline
• Responds to customer inquiries and technical/service needs
• Communicates with customers on the resolution of service or contract issues
• Develops good customer relations

• High School Diploma required; College desired 
• Must have a Valid State issued Driver’s License
• 3 year’s driving experience with a safe driving record and the ability to drive a truck with a manual transmission
• 2 year’s supervision experience
• 2 year's customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and small power equipment
• Strong ability to read work instructions, to follow maps and road signs, and communicate same to employees
• Ability to respond effectively to common inquiries and complaints
• Ability to present information to co-workers and management
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
