·         Organize activities and workload of a team of QA Engineers

·         Resource management of team in terms of objectives and performance reviews

·         Plan, Estimate and Manage QA testing projects

·         Reporting of risks, issues, metrics and progress on QA projects

·         Replication of real business scenarios from various client perspectives to verify software correctness

·         Design and execute new test scenarios

·         Track defects and validate solutions for defects

·         Propose suggestions for additions and improvements to the software

·         Communicate status, findings and progress on a regular basis

·         Work closely with Development, Customer Support and Product Management teams to understand the business context and requirements

·         Conduct extended testing campaigns

• Education in Finance, Mathematics or Science related
• 6 years + Relevant industry experience
• 3 years + Management experience
• Experience of financial software roll-out or user acceptance testing
• Experience of Defect Tracking and/or Test Case Management Tools
• Ability to work, lead and motivate others under pressure or tight deadlines
• Interest in Capital Markets Software and Software Development
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Very good written and spoken English
• It is essential to be analytical, methodical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized
