? 8 – 12 years relevant experience working in Banking and Payments domain. Can be relaxed by 1-2 years for deserving candidates.
? Domain Expertise in Retail and Corporate payments across at least 2-3 of these payment systems is essential – ACH (Credit transfers and Direct Debits), RTGS, SWIFT, and SEPA payments. SEPA expertise would be a plus.
? Proven Business analysis skills and Product development experience as a BA for atleast 1-2 payment products/ solutions is essential.
? Experience across Payments branch front end and back office functions and/or solutions is essential.
? Corporate payments experience is desirable.
? Additional expertise and experience on channel solutions/ working with channel solution team is desirable.
? Customer facing Implementation experience for 1-2 implementation cycles would be a plus.
? Expertise in other Retail and Corporate banking areas and/or solutions would be a plus.
Ideal candidate would have either
- worked in a banking/ financial institution (branch front end and back-office functions) and Payments solutions rollout in the bank and/or followed by experience in working for a Payments products/ solutions company. Or,
- worked in Payment product/solutions companies with hands on experience in product development/ business analysis for 1-2 payment product/ solutions and customer delivery of the same.
