Product Support Engineer for Misys Software Solutions Customer Support Team.
Skills Required :-
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must be able to engage International Bank staff and their customers over the phone for query resolutions about the product and features/usage and provide technical Support.People who supported US/UK/European Processess are preferred with excellent command over English and right accent
• Strong technical and analytical skills preferred with language felicity to hold international audience
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems via emials and voice support.
• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change and who puts the Customer resolution first as a priority and who can escalate things in time.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions and who can connect with them Customers on the phone in the Night Shift
Interview Process:-
• 1 Step - Psychometric Test ( 30mins )
• 2 Step - Two rounds of Face to face discussions
• 3 Step - HR Interview
Salary will be above Four Lakhs per annum and all benefits are provided to the selected candidates in an MNC environment.
MBA's and B.Techs and MCA'/MA English Literature/Graduates with less than 20 months Experience from BPO Voice Process/Customer Support/Technical Support will be given preference.
