Title: Coordinator Process Specialist – Part Time
Reports to: Client Services Manager Education Practice

The primary role of the Coordinator Process Specialist is to provide logistics support to the Client Services Team. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week. Provides logistics support in four major areas including; contracts, communications, facilitator paperwork, and revenue recognition compliance.
Essential Job Functions
o Support the issuing and return of contracts and intellectual property licenses in a timely manner.
o Send and receive client communications regarding ongoing events utilizing FranklinCovey templates.
o Accurately enter information into FranklinCovey systems.
o Maintain facilitator database for post-workshop processes.
o Ensure evidence required for revenue recognition is uploaded to the appropriate account within FranklinCovey’s systems.
o Maintain Salesforce/Google Drive filing system for job related paperwork.
RequirementsThis position requires an individual with a positive customer service mindset, and willingness to take responsibility and see tasks to closure. Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with computers, MS Office, proper business Email protocol, and the ability to type 60 WPM is required. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, along with the willingness to learn more is required. Must possess problem solving skills (understand, analyze and resolve problems) and the ability to multi-task is essential for this role.
