Job Description
<u><strong>Basic Function:</strong></u> The primary responsibility of this position is to assist customers, credit analysts and department managers in maintaining the smooth flow of documentation in the Service Bureau.  Processes Private Education Loan applications according to guidelines established by clients of the Service Bureau.  Obtains appropriate documentation, maintains credit files to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client documentation.  Provides “best in class” customer service to our clients and their customers.</p>

<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Process customer correspondence into imaging and origination system to create credit file documentation for credit analysts and servicers </span></li>
<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Retrieve and process customer loan documentation requested by credit analysts.</span></li>
<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Review data entry results to ensure accuracy and integrity.</span></li>
<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Communicate in writing and over the phone with student loan borrowers and school financial aid officers to update all missing or invalid application data and documents.</span></li>
<span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Other tasks as assigned.</span></li>
