Establish agreed short and long term account plans for developments of accounts, as well as key accounts, to maximise customer value at maximum margin;
Identify, manage and close opportunities with appropriate authorisation to achieve or exceed targets;
Provide timely and accurate forecasts in Misys format that enable short term sales, medium term revenue and long term staffing planning;
Identification of market opportunities that develop and grow a strong sales pipeline;
Build and maintain relationship with senior traders and related relevant organisations in order to develop and grow the existing accounts;
Assist in the sales cycle in terms of the project definition for third party / consultancy sales to ensure Misys optimises every sales opportunity through these partnerships;
Complete market research to provide accurate profiles of allocated banks in terms of their existing product/system, key personnel and strategy in terms of future development of their system, and competitor products, personnel and activities;
Establish and maintain contact with R&D, Consulting teams and Marketing Dept to gain additional market and product information that will lead to additional sales opportunities.
