This position is located in our Tampa, FL office.

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to serve as the product management liaison to product development scrum teams in defining product requirements, prioritizing backlog, and maintaining product pages over the product release cycle.

 

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Analyze internal and external data in support of business plans and product roadmaps
  • Translate market research, customer enhancement requests, and industry/government regulations into product requirements
  • Review, manage, and prioritize incoming enhancement requests in alignment with the product roadmap
  • Manage and implement business changes as they relate to release processes and the product
  • Maintain internal product pages on the intranet employees to use for education, reference materials, and specifications
Skills/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 3 years of experience preferred in healthcare IT or related coursework 

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative and team oriented with solid interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and VersionOne a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office
