Job Description

Job Summary:

The Licensing Administrator is responsible for reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and organization policies and issuing serializations for all software products as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and requirements
  • Enter and maintain accurate data relative to all software licenses into a variety of computer systems.  Issue serializations for all software products as appropriate
  • Interface with internal departments, including Sales, Development, Product Management and Legal to resolve software licensing issues and assist in development of effective solutions, processes and knowledge sharing
  • Respond to inquiries from internal customers regarding licensing of all software products
Skills/Requirements
Qualifications:
  • EDUCATION: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer responsiveness
  • Ability to assimilate, retain, and utilize extensive information regarding processes, business rules and requirements
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
