Job Description

Job Summary:

Using established procedures and working under the direction of L&D Leadership, the Training Development Specialist II develops, implements, and/or modifies training programs and processes/curricula to ensure maximum effectiveness for support, professional service, network services and all other internal personnel.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops and delivers training to all employees; ensures that the training program is instructionally sound and that role-based curricula directly relates to job functions.  Training may be classroom, field, and on-line.
  • May assist in developing new training courses and processes associated with the introduction of new products and/or services.
  • Reports on individual progress and identifies additional training and process needs.

 

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum, instruction or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • EXPERIENCE:2 - 3 years experience training; experience training or supporting Vitera products preferred.  Experience using Oracle and Siebel preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications; excellent oral and written communication skills
