Using established procedures and working under the direction of L&D Leadership, the Training Development Specialist II develops, implements, and/or modifies training programs and processes/curricula to ensure maximum effectiveness for support, professional service, network services and all other internal personnel.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Develops and delivers training to all employees; ensures that the training program is instructionally sound and that role-based curricula directly relates to job functions. Training may be classroom, field, and on-line.
May assist in developing new training courses and processes associated with the introduction of new products and/or services.
Reports on individual progress and identifies additional training and process needs.
